Enorbit (we, us, and our) operates enorbit.co. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, respond to our advertisements, request an estimate, contact us, or join our text messaging program. Contact us at admin@enorbit.co.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email address, mobile number, business details, answers about your team and workflows, appointment details, and the content of inquiries or replies you send us.
• Lead source information: campaign, ad set, and ad identifiers, your landing page URL, the time of your visit, and the use case or implementation you select. We associate this information with a form submission to understand which advertising and services brought you to us.
• Messaging information: your consent or withdrawal of consent, the associated time and source, message content, and delivery or response information when you participate in our messaging program.
• Technical information: hosting and service providers process request information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, and security logs. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for page views, click events, and performance measurements.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your requests, prepare estimates, arrange consultations, provide support, understand campaign performance, improve the website, and protect our services from abuse. With your separate SMS consent, we send follow-up text messages about your inquiry and promotional messages about Enorbit services. We also use consent and suppression records to respect your choices and meet legal obligations.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy, sell, rent, or transfer text messaging opt-in data or consent.

SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from sharing for marketing, advertising audiences, affiliate promotion, or lead generation. We share them only with providers that help operate and deliver our messaging program, such as Twilio, messaging aggregators, and carriers, as needed for that service. Any disclosure required by law is limited to what is legally required. The other sharing descriptions in this policy do not authorize sharing SMS consent for another party's marketing.

Submitting a phone number or responding to an ad does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Service providers and other disclosures

We provide information to service providers as needed to operate our business: Vercel for hosting and site measurements, Fillout for forms and scheduling, Twilio for text messaging, and providers supporting email, appointments, and customer support. Mux receives technical request data when you choose to play an embedded testimonial video. Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

If you use the AI assistant demonstration, your question is sent to our configured AI provider to generate an answer. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information to the demo. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud, subject to the mobile-information restrictions above.

Cookies and browser storage

We save your theme preference and the assistant demo usage counter in local storage. Session storage holds lead attribution information for your browser tab; it is passed to our estimate form. Clearing your browser's site data removes these stored values. Our Vercel site analytics use a cookieless measurement approach. Embedded services may use their own cookies or storage under their own policies. Advertising platforms separately process your activity on their platforms.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry, provide services, maintain business records, and satisfy legal obligations. We may keep limited consent and opt-out records after an unsubscribe or deletion request to document consent and prevent further unwanted messages. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no online service or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can decline SMS consent and still request an estimate or purchase services. Reply STOP to end program texts. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Contact admin@enorbit.co to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, and a complaint to your local data protection authority. We may verify your identity and retain records where the law permits or requires it.

International processing and children

Our providers may process information outside your country, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate protections for international transfers. Our services and messaging program are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
